UNION P45 PVC Foam Core Sheet Description

Manufacturing Process

PVC foam sheets are produced by expanding the reactive liquid in a controlled space under tightly controlled conditions, forming a closed-cell, cross-linked polymer foam structure.

Key Material Properties

• Closed-cell structure with uniform density distribution
• Lightweight and rigid construction
• Excellent mechanical & structural properties
• Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm

A: Our regular thickness is from 2mm~70mm, and we also support customized thickness. Thickness tolerance is ±0.2mm.


Q: Which surface treatment do you have of PVC foam?

A: Plain board; Punched board;

One side or two sides grooved board;

One side or two sides grooved and punched board;

Scrim board; Scrim and punched board;

Hyperbolic board; Hyperbolic punching plate...

We could also support customized surface treatment.


Q: How about your delivery time?

A: We provide fast delivery: small orders: 5-7 days; full container: 15-20 days.


Q: How about your MOQ and samples?

A: No MOQ, we could provide A4 free samples.
